New billing module

A new module billing goes live at Top Semence. It has several improvements, including:

• The sales journals,
• The day book,
• Analytical breakdown (breakdown per species),
• The related reports,
• The Electronic Bill of Exchange for the cashing of a cheque on a defined date.
