Pass your tray first ... Yes, but which one?

In our ERP iGus, you can now reserve the material per batch and per container, simultaneously. iGus then suggests the containers whose batches are compatible with the requested manufacturing process. As you select the containers, iGus displays an overview of the quantity that will be produced (total net weight per container) and the proportion between fertile and sterile grains.

You can also determine the order in which the containers will be used. Take the example of a manufacturing process using 2 hoppers. You distribute the containers between the hoppers and determine the order in which they will be consumed. The objective is to obtain a homogeneous result. Thus, the TKW (Thousand Kernel Weight) becomes particularly stable. In some cases you will even be able to avoid a preliminary batch constitution. But in any case, you will gain flexibility and save a lot of time!
